Solutions

Which installation suits you?

Choose the option closest to your situation and we’ll show you a price or put you in touch with a technician.

I use more electricity by day than at night

Without battery

Your panels power your home while the sun is out. Any surplus is exported to the grid and credited against your bill.

  • The most affordable investment
  • Pays for itself sooner if you use energy during the day
  • You can add a battery later

Equipment: Deye or Huawei

I want to use my solar power at night

With battery

What your panels produce during the day is stored in the battery, and you use it when there’s no sun.

  • More independence from the grid
  • You use almost everything you generate
  • Backup during power cuts, depending on the equipment

Equipment: Deye or GoodWe

My roof is shaded or faces different directions

Shaded roof / Microinverters

Each panel works independently: if a chimney or a tree shades one, the rest keep producing at full capacity.

  • Shading doesn’t slow down the whole system
  • Ideal for roofs facing several directions
  • Easy to expand later

Deye microinverters

I have no mains supply, or it’s unreliable

Off-grid

All your electricity comes from the sun and is stored in lithium batteries. Every off-grid system is designed to order.

  • 100% self-sufficient
  • Optional backup generator
  • Ideal for farmhouses and rural properties

Equipment: Victron or Deye

I already have panels and want a battery or backup

Battery and backup

We add a battery to your existing installation without changing your inverter: you store the energy you don’t use and, if there’s a power cut, your essential appliances keep running.

  • Without changing your current inverter
  • Use your surplus energy at night
  • Backup when the power goes out

Deye or GoodWe · AC-coupled

We want to share the energy between neighbours

Shared self-consumption

A single installation on the roof shares its energy among the neighbours who sign up. Each one sees the discount on their own bill, according to the split you agree.

  • Each neighbour keeps their own contract and meter
  • Only those who want to join take part
  • The building’s shared meter can be included too

We want to cut the building’s service charge

Shared areas only

The installation powers what the building pays for: lift, stairwell lighting, garage, water pumps or pool.

  • The easiest option to approve and process
  • Lowers the building’s electricity bill
  • Can later be extended to the neighbours

We’d rather each neighbour decides for themselves

Each neighbour with their own system

Each owner has their own panels on their share of the roof, with their own inverter, connected to their home.

  • Maximum payback: sized to your consumption, and everything it produces goes to your home
  • Everyone decides and pays for their own, no sharing out
  • The roof space has to be divided up
  • More equipment and more wiring than a shared installation

We have electric cars in the garage

Charging in the shared garage

A shared pre-installation in the garage so each neighbour can add a charger in their own space, with or without solar panels.

  • One single job for the whole garage
  • Each charger with its own consumption
  • Can be combined with panels on the roof

Financing

The building pays, with one receipt a month

The installation is financed in the name of the residents’ association, with a single monthly receipt from the usual account; the property manager shares it out like any other expense. There are no joint guarantees: no neighbour is liable for another’s debt. There is no need to change bank or to take out insurance or other products.

  • Terms from 2 to 10 years, up to 12 on large installations, with a nominal rate (TIN) from 5,25 %.
  • Arrangement fee of 1 %, already included in the instalment: it is not paid separately.
  • We arrange it with Prodinamia, a specialist in loans to residents’ associations: they compare several lenders and pick the best conditions, at no extra cost to the building.
  • Conditions for amounts over 5.000 €. Approval in about 3 days.

A real case: a building of 9 homes financing 26.000 € over 10 years pays 288 € a month, around 32 € per home where the ownership shares are equal.

How other buildings do it, step by step

Three details and we’ll call you prepared

This tells us which option fits and what paperwork the residents’ meeting will need.

How many homes are in the building?
Who is writing to us?
Where does the residents’ meeting stand?

If you’re not sure which option suits you, we’ll prepare a study with several options to take to the meeting. In Catalonia, panels on the shared roof are approved by a simple majority.

My business uses most energy during the day

Self-consumption for your business

Panels on the roof of your warehouse, shop or office: you produce at the hours when you use the most.

  • Pays back sooner, because you use it by day
  • Single-phase and three-phase installations
  • Tax deductions for companies

I want to control peaks or have backup

With battery and peak control

The battery stores surplus energy and shaves power peaks, which are what push the bill up.

  • Lower contracted power
  • Backup for critical equipment, depending on the system
  • Consumption monitoring from your phone

Electric car

Have an electric car, or planning to get one? Charge it with your own solar power

We install your EV charger together with a new solar PV installation of ours, connected in the way that best suits your home.

6.3 kWp three-phase hybrid installation with 12.5 kWh of lithium batteries

This installation was carried out on an east-west facing roof. The home has high electricity consumption and runs entirely on electricity. Preliminary work on the electrical installation was needed to distribute the loads as evenly as possible across the three phases. Our client is achieving 50% energy self-sufficiency and, in addition, exports surplus to the grid, which will reduce their bill even further.

3.6 kWp hybrid installation with 5 kWh of lithium batteries

This urban installation was carried out on a south-facing roof. Despite a slightly unfavourable pitch and a few obstacles, which we took into account when planning the module layout, excellent yields have been achieved by spacing the three rows of modules properly. This home’s electricity needs are not especially high, as heating runs on natural gas. Our client is achieving 90% energy self-sufficiency and, in addition, exports surplus that offsets even their small grid consumption.

4 kWp off-grid system with 10 kWh of lithium batteries

This off-grid system was installed on a south-facing roof. A few obstacles were overcome by fitting 3 optimisers, which ensure high performance all year round. Our client will be able to power the pool pump, a water extraction pump and a recirculation pump, as well as the standard electrical circuits of an ordinary home. The system includes a backup generator that starts automatically when needed and a GSM remote monitoring system, so the system can be monitored without Wi-Fi at the property.

Instalación aislada con apoyo de red de 2,7 kWp y 7 kWh en baterías de litio: la red solo entra, como un generador, si se vacía la batería y no hay sol suficiente

This installation uses the electricity grid solely as a backup. The client’s needs were very clear: energy security above all. That is why we designed a solar installation that does not depend on the grid to operate, using it only as a backup if the system fails. We chose Victron, a pioneer in off-grid systems and a byword for reliability. With six south-facing PV modules and a good roof pitch, excellent solar irradiance levels are being achieved. This home’s electricity needs are not especially high, as the heating is oil-fired. Our client currently enjoys 100% electrical self-sufficiency.
